Business Setup

Helping companies and entrepreneurs set up new companies or branches in the countries where we operate. Setting up a new company is not just about documentation. There are several aspects to be considered such as tax, governance, local legal framework, succession and compliance requirements. To derive the most favourable structure considering these factors requires multiple skills and expertise. This is where we distinguish ourselves as a multi-speciality services firm bringing it all under one roof.

Support Service Process Outsourcing (SSPO)

Most entrepreneurs and business owners excel at delivering their goods or services. However, support functions such as Finance, HR, and Procurement eat into a company's time and cost. Our SSPO unit helps organizations offload these processes in full or in part. Our multinational presence and talented team help you develop the best outsourcing strategy.

In Finance, we handle:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Payroll Management
  • Accounting ERP and Dashboarding

In HR, we handle:

  • Employee onboarding
  • Employee compliance tasks (insurance, labour office file, etc.)
  • Employee event management (vacation, termination, travel, etc.)

Common questions

Especially for NRIs & Gulf businesses.

If you have Indian-source income — rent, capital gains, interest or business income — above the basic exemption limit (₹2.5 lakh), yes. We assess your residential status under Section 6 and file accordingly, claiming any DTAA relief available with your country of residence.

Once Indian taxes are paid, we prepare Form 15CA and issue the Form 15CB chartered-accountant certificate, after which your bank remits the funds under FEMA. From an NRO account, repatriation is capped at USD 1 million per financial year; NRE and FCNR balances are freely repatriable.

Yes — that is exactly the point of the practice. One chartered accountant manages your UAE corporate tax and VAT alongside your Indian filings and FEMA compliance, with a single point of contact and a consistent view of both ends.

Yes. Registration with the FTA is mandatory for in-scope businesses regardless of profit, with penalties for late registration. The 0% rate applies to taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% above it — but the return and records are still required. We handle registration and filing for you.

Yes. The first discovery call is a free, no-obligation conversation — usually over WhatsApp — to understand what you need and whether we can help. You only pay once we agree a clear scope and fixed fee.

Let's talk about your cross-border finances.

Send a message or reach out directly. The first call is free — and it is always with a qualified chartered accountant, never a call centre.
